Vision, planning, development of the city of tomorrow

A completely new urban area is being created in the middle of Berlin. On the 500-hectare area of thenformer Tegel Airport urban life, housing and work are being reimagined. With the Urban Tech Republic as a research and industrial park for green technologies, the Schumacher Quarter as a socio-ecological residential district and a huge nature and recreation area, Berlin TXL is one of the largest and most forward-looking urban development projects in Europe. What is the cosmos of planning of this ambitious project? How can and do we want to build our cities in the future? And what does today and yesterday have to do with tomorrow? The guided tour through the digital interactive exhibition invites you to discover, recognize and think further.
