The Citadel Spandau was built in the 16th century and is today one of Europe’s best preserved renaissance-fortresses. With a tour through the exhibition “Castle and Citadel” you will learn everything about the history of the Citadel as well as about the architecture of the building and its architects. A visit of the exhibition “Unveiled. Berlin and its Monuments” with the statues of the Siegesallee and the head of the former Lenin monument is also part of the tour.
